DocuSign Date Incorrect

DocuSign accounts purchased via AIC Forms Live are automatically set to the correct region and will display the date correctly.

If the date stamp on your signed document is displaying the incorrect date, one of the signing parties may have their own DocuSign account which is set to a different time zone.

Users can check and edit the time zone of their DocuSign accounts by following the instructions in the DocuSign time and date user guide.

For accurate reporting, reference the Certificate of Completion for the date of signing of all parties according to the Australian time zone.
